Keto Sesame Chicken
If you’re in the mood for Asian food, you’ve gotta check out this recipe from How 2 Do Keto! You’ll need a couple of special items for the sauce: coconut aminos, Swerve brown, and xanthan gum. Don’t worry though, these three items are used in many keto dishes, so it won’t go to waste!
The coconut aminos are a keto friendly substitute for soy sauce. It tastes almost identical but has no carbs and is much lower in sodium too! The xanthan gum is a thickening agent used in place of flour and cornstarch for thickening sauces without the carbs. It’s super useful to have in the pantry!
The hubby and I are huge fans of Asian food, and we were blown away by how delicious this is. It’s even better than take out! This recipe is on the “frequently made” list for us!

Skirt Steak Stir Fry
