I skipped the peanut butter powder because I didn’t have it when I made this recipe, and the cookies were still delicious! You’ll need some creamy almond butter, Confectioner’s Swerve, chocolate chips, cocoa powder, 2 eggs, butter, and baking soda. At less than 1 net carb per cookie, these are an amazing guilt-free keto dessert!
“Nutter Butter” Cookies
These Keto Peanut Butter Cookies are sandwich cookies that taste just like Nutter Butters! Since you have to make the cookie and the filling, then assemble, these do take a little bit more time to make, but I promise you, they’re totally worth the extra work! Each cookie has 6 net carbs, so sit down and enjoy one with a small glass of almond milk!
Pumpkin Cookies
I had to throw this one in for my hubby. He loves anything and everything pumpkin, including these Keto Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies! Best of all, they use typical keto pantry ingredients. It’s totally worth the 8g net carbs per slice!

I love cheesecake, but it’s always fun to change things up a bit. That’s why I love this Keto Low Carb No Bake Chocolate Cheesecake recipe! I subbed Confectioner’s Swerve for the monk fruit sweetener because I didn’t have monk fruit on hand. A springform pan is definitely a must for this recipe! It’s only 5g net carbs for a slice of this heavenly chocolate cheesecake, so enjoy!
Peanut Butter Pie
I’m not a huge fan of fruit pies like apple pie or cherry pie, but peanut butter pie is delicious! This Keto Chocolate Peanut Butter Pie recipe is fast to prep and you can substitute the peanut butter for other nut butters. I used almond butter and it turned out great plus saved me a couple of net carbs! A slice of this pie will range from 6 to 9g net carbs, depending on the type of nut butter you use.
Strawberry Shortcake
If you’re looking for the perfect summer keto dessert, look no further than this Keto Easy Strawberry Shortcake Recipe with 90-Second Bread! It’s fast and easy to make thanks to the 90 second bread! I didn’t have a ramekin like the recipe calls for, so I made it in a coffee mug. For 6net carbs and about 2 minutes of my time, this recipe was a real winner!
Pound Cake
The great thing about pound cake is the versatility that it offers. It’s great paired with a fruity topping, jelly or jam, nut butters, chocolate, or all by itself. This Low Carb Keto Cream Cheese Pound Cake is easy to make and uses ingredients that most keto dieters have on hand at all times. I used Confectioner’s Swerve for the sweetener in this recipe and it worked great. It’s just 1.2 carbs for a slice of this, which makes it easy to add a topping without going too high on the carbs!

These are incredibly delicious and only 3g net carb per cupcake!

So I’m a super mega chocoholic. There’s a special place in my heart for delicious, chocolaty, fudgy brownies. If you’re like me and can’t resist a good brownie, try these keto brownie recipes on for size!

I didn’t have Swerve brown sugar on hand, so I just used granulated Swerve and it still worked fine, but I imagine that did change the flavors just a tad. They’re 5g net carbs and make a nice keto dessert if you’re looking for something different. Give them a try!
Peanut Butter Cup Squares
If you like peanut butter cup candies, you’ve got to try this Low Carb Peanut Butter Cups in Easy Squares recipe! These really hit the spot when I’m craving the candy. They’re easy to make and come together quickly. I like to make these with almond butter. At 2g net carbs per square, this recipe is a keeper to fulfill that peanut butter cup craving!
