Let’s face it – coming up with snack ideas when you’re on the keto diet can feel very challenging. At first, it feels like your choices are limited and everything takes forever to make. Well guys, here’s a list of super easy to make keto snacks that take no time at all, and they taste great!

Chip Snacks

There’s a whole lot of foods that can magically be turned into crunchy “chips” that are perfect when you want a crunchy snack. All of these chips can be whipped up in a matter of minutes. They taste delicious and are great for dipping too!

Meat Rollups

Using a variety of different meats and fillings makes for a lot of different options in this category. The sky is really the limit with this category of easy to make keto snacks!

You can make rollups that mimic subs like Italian and Philly cheese steaks. Another popular option here is to make pinwheels with deli meat and a cream cheese type filling.

All of these taste amazing and are fast and easy to make. Best of all, they can double as a great lunch idea or be cut into small bite-sized pieces for an easy appetizers for parties!

  • Italian rollup – thin sliced deli ham, salami, and sandwich pepperoni with provolone cheese and peppers
  • Philly cheese steak rollup – use roast beef with provolone, peppers, and onions
  • Turkey and cheese rollup – use thin deli turkey, cheddar cheese, full fat mayonnaise, diced tomatoes and onions
  • Ham and cheese pinwheels – mix cream cheese with scallions and smear it on thin sliced deli ham, then roll it up and cut into 1-2 inch pieces

Lettuce Wraps

Large lettuce leaves are great for replacing bread for sandwiches. By simply switching out lettuce for bread, you can make a huge variety of easy to make keto snacks with this idea. These make great little lunches too!

  • B.L.T. wrap – place bacon pieces and diced tomatoes in a large lettuce leaf
  • egg salad wrap – put a tablespoon or two of egg salad in a large lettuce leaf
  • chicken salad wrap – add a tablespoon of chicken salad to the lettuce leaf
  • tuna salad wrap – put tuna salad in a lettuce leaf
  • Lettuce wrap sandwich – put your favorite lunch meat, cheese, and toppings in a lettuce leaf for a crunchy spin on a sandwich

Veggie Sticks and Dip

Veggie sticks with a full fat dip make for another easy to make keto snack. These take only minutes to make and they’re totally shareable, making them another great appetizer for a party!

Keto friendly veggies to make into sticks for dipping:

  • Celery
  • Carrots
  • Cucumbers
  • Peppers – bell peppers, jalapenos, chilies
  • Broccoli – not exactly a stick, but still great for dipping
  • Cauliflower – still great for dipping

Simple keto friendly dips:

  • Full fat ranch – I love Marzetti’s brand because it’s delicious and low carb
  • Guacamole
  • Almond butter
  • Sour cream based dips – Helluva Good brand dips are great and come in a variety of flavors

Quick Snacks to Prepare

There’s quite a few easy to make keto snacks that can be made with very little time commitment. Try these options:

  • Boiled eggs
  • Deviled eggs
  • Egg salad
  • Chicken salad
  • Tuna salad
  • Cucumber salad – add slices of cucumber, red onion, and tomatoes to a bowl and toss with Italian dressing or Italian seasoning, Balsamic vinegar, and olive oil
  • Bacon wrapped weenies
  • Cocktail weenies in a blanket – use fathead dough to wrap weenies, then bake
  • Quiche cups – add uncooked scrambled eggs and your choice of fillings (bacon, sausage, veggies, cheese, etc) to a muffin tin, then bake
  • Fat bombs – there’s a ton of different fat bomb recipes out there, so you’re bound to find at least a few that you’ll love!

Stuffed Stuff

There’s something magical and exciting about stuffed food. It’s just full of surprises and deliciousness all in a pretty little bite! Here’s some easy to make (and very versatile) things to stuff.

  • Stuffed avocado – the hole is a great place to put yummy stuff like egg, sour cream, bacon, sausage, and cheese
  • Stuffed bell peppers – you can fill these with so many different things! Try ground beef, cheese, and onions for a spin on philly cheese steaks
  • Stuffed jalapeno peppers – mix cream cheese with mozzarella cheese, scallions and bacon pieces, then stuff them in a jalapeno
  • Stuffed mushrooms – these are great stuffed with cheese, bacon, and scallions

Sweets

Sometimes you have to feed the sweet tooth. Try these easy options that won’t de-rail your keto diet.

  • Small bowl of mixed berries – raspberries and blackberries are delicious
  • Mixed berries with homemade whipped cream – it only takes a minute to whip heavy cream and a tiny bit of sweetener (I like Swerve for this). Add a dollop of homemade whipped cream to your berries for an extra special treat!
  • Keto fluff – whip sugar free Jello pudding mix with 2 cups of heavy cream until fluffy. Super easy and very delicious!
  • Toasted nuts – add keto friendly nuts to a pan with coconut oil, cinnamon and sweeter and toast in the pan until they’re well coated and fragrant.
  • Keto friendly shakes – there’s a ton of keto shakes out there. Some are sweet, others are more savory. Browse around and try some; you’re bound to find a handful of favorites!
  • Bulletproof coffee – mix coffee with butter and MCT oil for a quick treat that will keep you full and give you an energy boost!
