This ceramic wok makes cooking fast and easy! Nothing sticks to it, and clean up is a breeze!

Cooking this stir fry in a wok makes it less messy and more convenient. I don’t know about you, but I tend to sling diced veggies out of the pan when stir frying! My handy dandy ceramic wok helps keep everything in the pan and makes clean up a breeze! Nothing sticks to this thing – it’s awesome!

If you’re in a pinch and don’t own a wok, a large saute pan will work. Just be careful when stirring so it doesn’t fly out of the pan!

Coconut aminos are the perfect, healthy substitute for soy sauce

For this recipe, you’ll need coconut aminos. This awesome ingredients makes a perfect, healthy substitute for soy sauce. It tastes just like soy sauce – I can’t even tell you how many times I’ve used it in a stir fry or fried “rice” dish and my guests never even notice the swap!

You can find coconut aminos at some local grocery stores and ethnic food stores. My local Walmart doesn’t sell it, but Publix does. I tend to buy the 3-pack from Amazon for convenience and a bit of savings.

Ingredients Needed for Keto Chicken Stir Fry

  • 1 pound of chicken breast (frozen or fresh)
  • 1/2 white onion
  • 1 large bell pepper (or about a cup of all colors of bell peppers)
  • 1/4 cup coconut aminos
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder (or you can use 2-3 fresh garlic cloves)
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • salt & pepper

Prep Your Ingredients

If you’re using fresh chicken breasts, cut them into small pieces. If you’re using frozen pre-cut chicken breast, you can skip this step and throw them in the pan straight from the bag.

Chop the onion and bell pepper into small pieces. The idea here is to make everything bite sized so there’s less cutting to do once the dish is served.
